Forgiveness

Forgiveness is what God desires for us all to strive to see.
Forgiveness comes from looking at your own faults and seeing how life could be.
If you took the time to let unconditional and non judgmental love into your heart.
Once you seek to become a better person for yourself, you can let forgiveness start.
It will bring families back together, and friends who let anger tear them apart.
It will mend a broken bond between siblings, and cause God's Will to reighn in our relationships, our lives, and cause us to have a Faith Walk.
We will stop allowing our emotions and flesh dictate how we live.
Instead we will allow God to fix what is broken and give us the strength to believe.
God is the author and the finisher of our fate.
We cannot allow our actions to be ruled by jealousy, unforgiveness or hate.
We do not want to hinder what God is trying to do.
So remember when you have a spirit of unforgiveness you make it impossible for God to forgive you.

When it's over, It is over

When it's over. It's over.
You continually try to make me love you;however when we were together you did not know what to do.
To make me smile, to make me laugh, to make me feel like a woman.
Now that I have moved on and found someone who can.
You moan, wine, curse me out, and say that it will never work.
I have finally been delivered from your verbal abuse and emotional hurt.
I love you, I love you, is what you say to me night and day. I only ask that you learn to love yourself and ask the Lord to show you the way.
How to heal your pain, and lack of self esteem, so that the next time he blesses you with a woman of God you will truly know what love means.
No one is perfect, and I dont fault you for not being able to see the error in your ways.
You have cried to God, and asked Him for better days.
So let Him give them to you,and stop looking for me to fill that void.
Truly let His will be done in your life, so your future relationships will not be destroyed.
I have nothing but love for you,and I thank you for the seed we made.
Please believe that when I say it's over I am not blowing out hot air,or looking through a cloudy lensed cascade.
I am speaking from a forgiving heart, and deliverance from hurt that was like a boulder.
Trust me my love, when it is over, it is over.

The Process

Darkness surrounds me day and night.
You whisper to me,and say my child stay in the fight.
A peaceful life, and love seem so far from me.
You whisper again, I am molding you into the vessel that I want you to be.
I try to look for acceptance and validation from man.
You whisper yet again, I am the author and the finisher of your life's plan.
I am weak and beaten down,so I lay prostrate before you and pray.
I hear you loud and clear as you say.
Finally my child you have discovered the only way to get in my presence, and attain the desires of your heart.
Is when you stop listening to self and man,and seek My will.
Now the healing can finally start.

Rejoice in Hope,Patient in Tribulation,Continuing Instant in Prayer

At no other time in my life have I had to depend on my signature scripture then in the year 2009. It seems as if the enemy set off the H bomb in my life and all Hell literally broke loose. I lost both my dad's,had to get major surgery to remove one of my organs as well as an abnormal mass, and experienced one emotional trial after another. People would look at me and say??"How can you smile when you have experienced so much pain, loss, and heartache. My answer is and will continue to be,"I am still here,and it's by the grace of God". Trials come to make us or break us. God is molding me into the woman he desires for me to be. Similar to a flower he is pruning me and training me to bend and grow into a beautiful, healthy, strong flower. This pruning process means that I will have to loose some parts of me that are not healthy or conducive to my growth,so that the healthy buds are able to flourish. In everything I stay prayerful and ask Him to give me the strength to endure. I trust and believe that everything that occurs in my life is working for my good,regardless of what it looks like at the time.

Scripture Reading Romans12:12

So heavenly minded that you are no earthly good

I can remember hearing my old Pastor say don't be so Heavenly minded that you are no earthly good, and I wondered what he meant. Then I experienced a holyier than thou saint and knew what he meant. In the secular world that's what someone who puts on airs is called. You've seen it before. Skirt may be sweeping the ground, doilie on there head, they don't talk to unsaved folk, and they cannot carry on a conversation without saying Jesus,or God every five seconds. I do not know where we as children of God got the notion that we can get closer to God by separating ourselves from our co-workers, and strangers. We have become a bubble generation surrounded by an invisible forcefield of holy latex separating us from connecting with the person who is standing next to us. If we truly were following the teachings and character of Jesus then we would know that he never lived His life in this manner. He put Himself in the midst of the people. Whether He was walking by the seaside looking for disciples,or he was in the Temple preaching to the passerbys about the goodness of God. Jesus never thought that anyone was too destitute to be saved by God. We have to learn to come out of our Holy bubbles and fellowship with others. It does not mean that we are being heathens, if anything we are showing our unsaved friends, family, and co-workers that we not only have love for the saved but the unsaved.... Some people may never have a desire to step into a church;therefore, as saved, sanctified believers of God we have to bring the church and God's love to them. Let them see His light in our laugh, in our smile, and in how we treat our fellow man. Just a thought.

If Loving You is Wrong then You Gotta Go

I have learned that as a single christian woman that when God speaks to my spirit and gives me that familiar nudge and says Uh,uh my child danger ahead with that one. I need to listen. There has not been one time when God was wrong when he has given me that nudge. Whether it is a sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach when a new love interest says something in conversation,or I get a flash back of a past love with similar characteristics. I used to try and reason with God and have a conversation with Him that went sort of like this...."Lord, anyone can change, He just has not met the right woman to show him the error in his ways",LOL. Foolish me. I learned that God did not tell me to not go further with a particular person because they were a bad person,but because they would not be able to appreciate me for who I was,or treat me like the gem that I am.... So ladies and gentlemen when you get that intuitive nudge from God listen LOUD and CLEAR.

Would you date you?? is the question that runs through my mind when I think of all your lies, and how you have stood me up for the last time.
Would you date you??? when you cannot return a call, or even remember to give a darn about my birthday at all... Would you date you??? When you forget to open my door, or you stare too long and too hard at the waitress as she picks up the napkin from the floor.
Would you date you??? If you refused to meet my folks for the 5th time, or give me some lame excuse about falling asleep during our scheduled dinner time. Would you date you??? when you tell me that you intend to beat my kid. If he continues to keep whining about sleeping in his own bed... Would you date you??? When you fail to put together the computer desk,and repeatedly leave the front room in catastrophic mess.
I am sure that you would not dare to date you, or even come near to dating you, so that's why I have decided that it is time to say that we are through...
